News:- WHATSAPP IS ADDING GIF FEATURE TO UPDATE

Whatsapp, the largest messaging application in the world might include GIFs in its yet to be released version. This new feature hasn’t been officially announced yet but it was spotted in its BETA version according to an article on Mirror.

A Twitter account, @WABetainfo, which usually follows new development on the messaging platform was reported to have tweeted about this changes.

The GIFs will play automatically once sent. Before now, the app only uses emoticons, words and images to communicate.

We hope that the upgrade will include a bank of GIFs to pick from like that of Twitter. Whatsapp’s 1 billion user will surely appreciate the upgrade better that way.
