Following up with another tweet he said, “ain’t lookin for sympathy, just serenity. I’m good y’all don’t trip.”

The rumor mill is sharing Lil Wayne is battling with health issues after his seizure in June while aboard his private jet.
Still, since the Young Money boss has said he is good, we will just chop it down to moods.
We do hope Lil Wayne comes out of whatever fix he’s currently in as we need his music which gives us life.
